About The Kenneth G. Dixon Career Development Center

Our Mission:

To empower UCF students to prepare now for what’s next through transformative experiences, personalized guidance, and campus-to-career connections – turning career aspirations into reality..

What We Do

At the Kenneth G. Dixon Career Development Center, career readiness starts early and grows with you. Whether you’re exploring career paths, preparing for internships, planning for graduate or professional school, or getting ready to enter the workforce, we provide the tools and support to help you move forward with confidence.

Why It Matters

Career development can’t be something you wait to think about in your final semester. This journey builds over time, through experiences, connections, and intentional planning.

When you engage early and often, it becomes more than just preparing for a job.

It’s about preparing for lifelong career success.

One Center. Multiple Ways We Support Students.

The Dixon Career Development Center brings together dedicated teams to support every stage of your journey.

The Administration team drives the strategy, operations, and innovation that shape the center’s impact.
