Responsibilities: Ensure all UCF students have access to quality internships and experiences including knight shadow, global learning, integrative learning, and service-learning.

Fun Fact: I travel the world (67 countries and all 50 states) to see hippos and softball.

Responsibilities: Manage cross-unit strategic initiatives for the Kenneth G. Dixon Career Development Center that align Graduate and Professional School Preparation, Career Services, and Experiential Learning to advance student career readiness. Involves management of special projects, such as developing coaching training programs, scaling career initiatives, and leveraging technology & data to improve student outcomes.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida (2016). Erica is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Career and Workforce Education at the University of Central Florida.

Fun Fact: Twins are very prevalent in my family! I have an identical twin sister, identical twin daughters, and identical twin nieces.
