No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate planning on your own.
Knight’s Career Navigator

Knights Career Navigator is an interactive web course designed to help you build essential career readiness skills from the start of your UCF journey. Required for first-time undergraduate students, this course guides you through key career preparation topics you must complete by the end of your first Spring semester. Students are automatically enrolled through the UCF Portal, and the course takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.

Undergraduate Students
Knight’s Career Navigator: Your Next Step
Knights Career Navigator is a short online Webcourse that all first‑time‑in‑college UCF students must complete during their first year. It includes quick career‑prep modules and usually takes under 45 minutes. Make sure to finish it before March 1, because a registration hold will be placed on your account if it’s not completed. This hold will prevent you from registering for classes, so log into Webcourses and complete it as soon as you can.

Reactivating Your Handshake Account
If you used Handshake as a UCF undergraduate student, you may need to reactivate your account to regain access as a graduate student. Simply log in with your NID and follow the prompts to update your profile. If your account doesn’t automatically reactivate, you can request support directly through Handshake or contact career@ucf.edu for further assistance.
Graduate & Professional School Prep Appointments
Graduate students cannot book appointments through MyKnightStar. To schedule an appointment to discuss a pre‑health, pre‑law, or pre‑graduate pathway, please complete the form linked below.
When submitting the form, be prepared to include:
