FAQs – winter break closure
Our office will be closed during the holiday break from Thursday, December 19th – Wednesday, January 1st. We will return to the office on Thursday January 2nd and respond to emails in the order in which we received them. Please allow 2-3 days to respond to your email upon our return as there will be a high volume of emails to get back to.

How can I register my company to attend Expo?

- Refund Request Deadline: Tuesday, December 17, 2024 (now passed)
I am no longer able to attend. Can I cancel my registration?
We can cancel your registration, but please understand the following important details:
- If you have not yet paid, there will be no fee associated with cancellation. Please respond to this email confirming that you wish to have your registration cancelled with the reason for cancellation.
- If you have already submitted payment, please note that the refund request deadline has passed (Tuesday, December 17th). Refunds will not be issued if the request occurred after this date. Should you wish to proceed with your cancellation, please respond to this email confirming that you wish to have your registration cancelled with the reason for cancellation.
I haven’t received my invoice. How can I submit payment?
- If you submitted your registration on Handshake prior to 12/18/2024, you should have received either an email from Handshake containing an invoice or a request from csevents@ucf.edu for additional information from – this is common with tax exempt registrations missing a DR-14 form, which is required prior to invoicing. You should be able to view active invoices by following these instructions.
- If you submitted your registration after 5pm 12/18/2024, your registration will be reviewed/invoiced upon our return to office on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025. Please keep an eye out for communication regarding your registration around that date.
Can I add an extra representative? Can I switch or change a representative that is already listed?
Yes – a standard registration allows you have a total of 3 representatives at no extra cost. If you wish to include a 4th, there will be a fee of $58.25. If you wish to have more than 4 representatives, you will need to register for an additional table. All changes must be submitted in writing to csevents@ucf.edu, including full name and email of the individual(s) you would like to add/change. Requests for these changes cannot be guaranteed after January 23rd, 2025.
When will I receive advance shipping or day-of logistics information?
If you plan to ship materials in advance of the event, please fill out this form. Please be aware that we will only accept items to be shipped between Monday, January 27th through Tuesday, February 4th, 2025. All other day-of logistics information (parking, map, etc) will be sent via email by January 10th, 2025.

How can I register for Expo? Did I miss the deadline?
Registration is not required, but highly encouraged for this event and will remain open until the event day (February 6th). This event is open to both UCF students and Alumni. Registration and other event info can be found here.
How can I best prepare to speak with employers?

How can I obtain an EXPO Fast Pass?
To receive an EXPO Fast Pass, you will need to attend a Career Readiness Program (CRP) event. To view the list of CRP events, please click here: https://linktr.ee/UCFCareerReadinessWeek
The Fast Pass allows you to enter a designated queue for an earlier entrance to the EXPO (12:30PM instead of 1:00PM) to meet with employers before general entry begins. You must check-in at the EXPO Fast Pass lane where staff will collect your voucher and print you a name badge. You must provide the physical EXPO Fast Pass to join the designated queue. Fast Passes are not valid after 1pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Where can I find a list of participating employers?
We expect over 250 employers to be attendance at our Spring 2025 EXPO. Confirmed employers can be viewed here. Employers will continue to register for Expo through the start of the Spring semester, so check back here to see the list as it is updated.
