ProConnect – Dates, Deadlines, and Fees

The University of Central Florida (UCF)Career Services is pleased to invite you to our ProConnect Networking Reception! This event will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Pegasus Ballroom, Student Union.

This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with first generation students and other UCF students/alumni searching for employment & a chance to build their professional network. We will kick off the reception with a fantastic keynote speaker (to be announced).

Space is limited. Registration closes on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, or when the event is sold out, whichever occurs first.

Registration, Payment & Refund Request Deadline: Wednesday, October 23, 2024

STANDARD REGISTRATION

Registration fee: $266.25 (2 representatives included)

  • Includes light appetizers & parking

  • Additional Representative: $31.95 (1 additional representative allowed)

*TAX-EXEMPT REGISTRATION (GOVERNMENT/NON-PROFIT AGENCIES)

Registration fee: $250.00 (2 representatives included)

  • Includes light appetizers & parking
  • See below for Display/Booth Information
  • Additional Representative: $30.00 (1 additional representative allowed)

*Florida DR-14 Tax-Exempt Form must be provided in order to receive the tax-exemption. Forms should be emailed to csevents@ucf.edu.

To ensure your participation and inclusion in all related publicity, please submit your registration by the registration deadline. Changes to your registration must be submitted in writing to csevents@ucf.edu no later than Wednesday, October 23, 2024.No changes will be made after this date.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Any existing registration with an unpaid balance as of Wednesday, October 23, 2024, will be canceled.

*Employers who register after Wednesday, October 23, 2024, will be required to pay the registration fee within two (2) business days of their registration being approved/invoiced. Failure to pay the registration fee will result in your registration being canceled.

*Registrations canceled at any time are subject to a $25.00 cancelation fee. Registrations canceled after Wednesday, October 23, 2024, will not be refunded.

DISPLAY/BOOTH INFORMATION

Your registration includes one (1) round cocktail (high top) table with black table cloth. LARGE COMPANY DISPLAYS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
