Associate Director, Employer Relations
Responsibilities: Manage employer relations efforts and services for UCF students including employer communications, new employer development efforts, career fairs, on-campus recruiting, and job listings. Provide leadership in developing strategies and plans for enhancing employer connections for UCF students, improving employer services, and increasing recruiting partnerships with new employers.
Education: Doctor of Education – EdD, Higher Education Leadership; Master’s of Business Administration and Management, University of Central Florida; Bachelor of Science in Economics, University of Central Florida
Assistant Director, Employer Relations
Responsibilities: Manages the planning and implementation of Career Services events.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Erica is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of Central Florida.
Fun Fact: Twins are very prevalent in my family! I have an identical twin sister, identical twin daughters, and identical twin nieces.

Responsibilities: Liaison to the College of Engineering and Computer Science, College of Optics and Photonics, College of Undergraduate Studies and IDS. In addition to her liaison duties, Ivana serves as the Career Services Sponsorship Manager.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science and Master of Arts in Higher Education, Student Personnel from the University of Central Florida. Ivana is currently a PhD student in the Public Affairs, Public Administration Program at the University of Central Florida.
Fun Fact: I am a six-time Croatian National Champion in the sport of Rowing. I came to United States as an International Student to row for UCF where alongside my team, we won 4 consecutive American Athletic Conference Championships.

Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Assistant Director of Employer Relations, supporting the College of Engineering and Computer Science, College of Optics and Photonics, and sponsorship management, while overseeing database management, policy interpretation, and strategic partnerships with employers to ensure impactful programs and seamless event coordination.
Education: Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Modern Languages from Winthrop University; Master of Arts in Educational Leadership (Higher Education/Student Personnel) and Graduate Certificate in College Teaching and Leadership from University of Central Florida.
Fun Fact: I am an avid strategic board game player!
