Associate Director, Employer Relations
Responsibilities: Manage employer relations efforts and services for UCF students including employer communications, new employer development efforts, career fairs, on-campus recruiting, and job listings. Provide leadership in developing strategies and plans for enhancing employer connections for UCF students, improving employer services, and increasing recruiting partnerships with new employers.

Responsibilities: Liaison to the College of Engineering and Computer Science, College of Optics and Photonics, College of Sciences, College of Undergraduate Studies and IDS. In addition to her liaison duties, Taylor serves as the Career Services Sponsorship Manager. She oversees database management, policy interpretation, and strategic partnerships with employers to ensure impactful programs and seamless event coordination.
Education: Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Modern Languages from Winthrop University; Master of Arts in Educational Leadership (Higher Education/Student Personnel) and Graduate Certificate in College Teaching and Leadership from University of Central Florida.

Responsibilities: Supports the Assistant Director of Employer Relations with management of Handshake platform to facilitate connections between students and employers by streamlining job postings, approving employers, and coordinating campus recruiting activities.
