The Employer Relations team at Career Services serves as the bridge between students at UCF and the employers who want to recruit them. They work to bring recruiters to campus for events, career fairs, workshops, on-site recruitment, and more! Explore each staff and their liaison roles below.

Christopher Thompson

Associate Director, Employer Relations

Responsibilities: Manage employer relations efforts and services for UCF students including employer communications, new employer development efforts, career fairs, on-campus recruiting, and job listings. Provide leadership in developing strategies and plans for enhancing employer connections for UCF students, improving employer services, and increasing recruiting partnerships with new employers.

Education: Doctor of Education – EdD, Higher Education Leadership; Master’s of Business Administration and Management, University of Central Florida; Bachelor of Science in Economics, University of Central Florida
